WallSkiN Product Warranty Statement

1-Year Limited Warranty

WallSkin Design offers 1-year limited manufacturer warranty on all of its products against defect in manufacturing, material, and/or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by WallSkin within the warranty period, WallSkin will either repair the product using new parts, or simply replace the product with a brand new one. Proof of purchase (which can be your Amazon emailed receipt) or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your product.

This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow instructions, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, unusual stress, improper repair and storage, and damages caused by the equipment with which the product is used.

Product Refund

WallSkin guarantees complete customer satisfaction with your purchase. In case you change your mind, and wish to return an item you bought on www.walldsgn.com, you may do that within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We’ll be happy to fully refund you on the product cost or exchange it only if it is returned in a fully salable condition. Please note that all shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the buyer. Returns should be made within 7 days in original, undamaged packaging. Please ensure that you take good care of the product while it is in your possession, and return it as new. If the returned product arrives us in a non-salable condition (i.e. damaged product or package), WallSkin reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to ….% of the original selling price from the refund amount. For products sold on Amazon.com, the refund policies should align with Amazon’s refund policy. In this case, you must initiate your refund through Amazon’s website.
