At the time of purchase, orders will ship within 1-2 business days unless noted at the time placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed.
An email conformation will be send to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and introductions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an order conformation within 48 hours (2 Business Days) of your order, please email email@example.com
Any expected delivery dates may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate times. The risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Typically (We guaranteed) orders will ship in 48 hours. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders that placed on weekends on holidays will be considered a next day business day order. (i.e: if your order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.)
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and USPS holidays and we are unable to ship our packages on these days.
Currently we do not ship orders to abroad.
We offer shipping variety of carriers. These may include, dependent on your locale, UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. If the order has moved into the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the “How to return an item” section above.
